My academic experience focused on cartography, map symbolization and design theory, computer cartography, scientific visualization, FORTRAN and C programming, geographic information systems requirements analysis, digital image analysis, regional planning, and economic geography. I wrote Cartographic Symbolization and Design: ARC/INFO Methods as my thesis.
